Business Automation in Paphos
The repeat jobs, done without you — delivered across Paphos, Coral Bay, Peyia, Chlorakas, Polis, Latchi.
Working in Paphos
Automating a job starts with watching somebody do it — the real steps, in order, including the ones nobody thinks to write down. Being in Paphos, that is an afternoon rather than a day out, and it can be done again in August when the job turns out to run differently in season. The admin here has two halves that stop at different times: the villa, venue and wedding work booked from abroad months before anyone arrives, and the year-round property and services trade for the people who live here. Enquiries, deposits and reminders carry on through the winter, so the hours an automation takes back are spread across the whole year rather than the months you are open. Most of what we have built already sits in this district, including the private planning portal behind Marry Me Cyprus, where a couple’s quote is built and kept in one place instead of across an email thread.
The Paphos market
- Tourism and hospitality, with a large British and expatriate population — business is conducted in English by default.
- Weddings and destination events, booked months ahead from overseas by people who will never see the venue before they commit.
- Property, villa rental and the services around them.

What's Included
Enquiries answered in under a minute
A first reply goes out the moment somebody sends the form, carrying the answers to the three questions everyone asks. Someone comparing you against two other businesses hears from you first rather than fourth.
Follow-up that never gets forgotten
The chase, the reminder and the second reminder go out on a schedule instead of when you remember. Work stops falling through the gap between a quote being sent and somebody having time to ring about it.
Your inbox, handled
Mail is read as it arrives, sorted by what it actually is, and the routine ones answered. What is left is the mail that genuinely needed you, instead of forty messages you have to open to find out.
Invoices and forms read for you
A supplier invoice or a completed form is pulled apart and recorded without anyone typing it into a spreadsheet — which is where most of the errors in a small business come from anyway.
One place things end up
Form entries, mail and payments land in the same list, already labelled, instead of being spread across an inbox and two spreadsheets. You can see what is outstanding without assembling it first.
It tells us when it breaks
Anything automatic can be knocked over by a change somewhere else — a renamed field, a supplier switching systems. Ours reports a failure to us rather than going quiet, so it is fixed before you notice it stopped.

Questions
We are only busy from April to October. Is it worth automating six months of the year?
The enquiries that fill your season mostly arrive before it starts — a villa booked in February for July — so the quiet months are the ones where a fast reply is worth most, and the deposits and balances are chased through them too. A build is a one-off from €1,250 and takes two to three weeks, which is worth scheduling out of season rather than during it. Keeping it watched afterwards is a separate monthly plan from €150 on 30 days’ notice, because the services an automation talks to change without warning. All prices include VAT.
Most of our bookings come through agents and listing sites, not our own form. Can those be automated?
Sometimes, and it is worth knowing which before you spend anything. Some booking and listing platforms let other software read what arrives; others deliberately do not, and nothing built at our end gets round that. Where one is closed, we automate what happens after the booking lands in your inbox — the confirmation, the arrival details, the balance reminder — which is where most of the typing is anyway. A €500 Systems Review takes one to two weeks and works out which of yours can be reached before anything is built, and the written plan is yours to act on with us or without us.
Our enquiries come from the UK, usually late in the evening. Does that change anything?
It is the argument for automating the first reply before anything else. Cyprus runs two hours ahead of the UK, so a message sent at nine in the evening there arrives at eleven here, when nobody is going to be answering it. The first reply is one you have written yourself — what is included, what the deposit is, what happens next — and it goes out in under a minute rather than the next morning, while somebody is still working through the places they contacted. It does not pretend to be you typing, and anything needing a real answer still comes to you, with a reminder attached so it does not sit.
