Working in Paphos

The light here is the entire argument for shooting in Paphos, and it is also a scheduling constraint: the coast works early and late, and midday in August does nothing for anybody. Venue and villa work in particular has to be planned around the sun rather than around the diary. Shooting locally means we can plan a shot list around the right hours instead of compressing everything into one unusable afternoon.

What's Included

Shot to fit the page

The shot list is written from the pages the images will fill, including the shape each one needs to be, so nothing important ends up cropped out and you are not paying for a second shoot because a picture would not fit the space.

Files that do not slow the site down

Photos are edited, then saved at the size the page really displays them and in the newer picture formats phones open fastest — a picture straight off the camera is many times heavier than the page needs, and a page that keeps people waiting loses some of them. One limit worth settling before the shoot: those files are made for screens, so if you also need the photos for print — a menu, a banner, a brochure — say so and we deliver a full-size set alongside them.

What gets photographed

Venues, interiors, property, product, food and team portraits — the pictures a business site genuinely needs. Where they sit in one place, they are covered in a single visit rather than booked as three separate jobs on three separate days; where they are spread across a hotel or several sites, we will tell you it needs more than one day before you book it rather than after.

Licensed to you

The photos are yours to use right across your own marketing — website, social accounts, printed menus, listings, adverts — with nothing more to pay each time one is used and nobody to ask for permission. You keep your own copies of the files and can take them away whenever you like.
