Custom websites built to convert

The problem

Every website reaches a point where nobody is quite sure how it is doing. It looks right on the screen it was designed on, but the things that decide whether it brings in work are the ones you cannot see from the outside: how quickly it opens on a phone with two bars of signal, whether Google can tell what you sell and which towns you cover, and whether somebody who was ready to get in touch found an obvious way to do it. Those are ordinary problems and most sites have one or two of them. Nothing on the page tells you which, which is why a site can look perfectly good and still be quiet.

How we work

We design and build the site from scratch — layout, wording and structure worked out around what you sell and who buys it, rather than fitted into a ready-made theme. It is the same way we build every project in our portfolio. Three things get particular attention. The text is written into the page itself, so search engines read it the moment they arrive instead of waiting on the visitor's browser to fill it in. Photographs are resized and saved in a lighter format before they ever reach a phone, so pages open quickly on a weak signal rather than losing somebody to a blank screen. And every page has one obvious next step, because that is the part that turns a reader into an enquiry. Then the part worth stating plainly: the site is yours. Once the final invoice is paid the design and the code belong to you, the same as they do for every business we have built for. We host it because that is easier than you opening a hosting account and remembering to renew it — 12 months included in the price and €20 a month after that, covering the software it runs on being kept patched, the backups being taken, and somebody watching that it is online. Your domain stays registered in your name from the first day, and your content and data are yours to export whenever you ask. Changes to what is written on the page are a care plan on top, and not every site needs one. And if you ever move on, you take the site with you: we hand over the files and help you get it running wherever it is going. There is no fee for that and nothing to ask permission for.

What's Included

01

Designed for your business, not a theme

The pages are drawn around your work — what you sell, in what order, with your photographs at the sizes that suit them. It takes longer than starting from a ready-made theme, and it is what lets somebody tell in the first few seconds that they have found the right business rather than a page that could belong to anyone. That recognition is what keeps them reading long enough to get in touch.

02

Written so Google can read it

Search engines, and the AI assistants people now ask for recommendations, work from the words that arrive with a page. We write those words into the page itself, so they are there the moment it loads instead of being filled in a second later by the visitor's browser — which means what you do and where you do it are never the part that gets missed. It will not put you top of Google on its own. It is the condition that has to be true first, and it is what makes any search work you pay for afterwards worth the money.

03

Every page has an obvious next step

People usually decide to get in touch part-way through reading, not when they reach the end of the site. So the enquiry form, the booking request, or the payment if the site takes one, is designed first and put where the reading actually stops, rather than added as a contact page at the back — usually the difference between somebody meaning to call you later and doing it now.

04

Yours, and still run for you

The site is yours once the final invoice is paid. We host it, keep the software it runs on up to date, take the backups and watch that it stays online, so a fault is usually found and fixed before a customer runs into one and there is nothing at your end to renew or look after. That is included for the first 12 months, then €20 a month. Your domain stays registered in your name, and your content and data can be exported whenever you ask for them.

Questions

How much does a custom website cost in Cyprus?

Launch is €975 and Growth is €2,450, both fixed — the number you agree is the number you pay. Signature starts at €4,750 and is quoted per project, because the range of work is too wide for one figure. All prices include VAT, we ask for 50% up front with the balance due at launch, and the first 12 months of hosting are in the price. If you are not sure which one fits, email hello@stratex.studio with a description of the business — it usually comes down to how many pages you need and whether the site has to take bookings or payments rather than just enquiries.

How long does it take to build a website?

Between two and ten weeks depending on size: our Launch build takes 2-3 weeks, Growth 4-6 weeks and Signature 6-10 weeks. What usually moves the date is not the building but how quickly your words, photos and prices reach us. If you have those to hand you will be at the fast end of the range, and if you need time to put them together that is no problem — we just will not promise you a launch date until they arrive.

Will a new website actually bring me more enquiries, or just look better?

Looking better is not the point on its own. Enquiries come from a site that loads fast on a phone, says what you do in the first screen, and makes getting in touch obvious on every page — that is what the build is aimed at and what gets measured afterwards. A redesign that only changes how a site looks usually changes nothing that matters.
