AI Assistant in Paphos

It replies in whatever language somebody writes in. Paphos mostly trades in English, though not always — one operator we built for guides his safaris in English and Hungarian. Settle first which languages you can follow up in yourself, because an assistant that answers fluently in German and then hands over to somebody who cannot read it makes a promise you have to keep. Outside those, it takes a name and an email instead.

Only if your availability is somewhere it can read. Connected to your calendar or booking system it can check and answer — that is the larger build, from €3,750, because two systems have to be joined and it has to be certain it cannot give away a date you have already sold. Without that connection it still does the useful half from €1,250: it takes the date, the numbers and the contact details, puts them in front of you, and says plainly that a person will confirm. Prices include VAT, half up front.

The build is a one-off, so nothing monthly from us unless you ask for it. The running cost is the AI provider’s — the company whose machine does the answering — billed to your own account, and we add nothing on top. It rises and falls with use, so a quiet January is a cheap one, and it can be capped. Winter is also when it earns its keep, because that is when somebody in Britain is deciding where to marry in July. If you want us watching and correcting it past the first weeks, systems care is €150 a month on 30 days’ notice, and you are not obliged to take one.
