AI Assistant
Answers the first question, any hour
The problem
Most enquiries are the same six questions — what does it cost, are you free that week, do you cover my area, how does it work. They arrive in the evening and at weekends, when nobody is answering, and the person asking is usually asking two other businesses at the same time. Answering them personally is hours a week. Not answering them is the work going somewhere else.
How we work
We build an assistant into your site that knows your prices, your availability and how you actually work, because we train it on your own material rather than letting it guess. It answers what it can, collects the details you would have asked for anyway, and passes anything it should not be deciding straight to you. It tells people it is a machine — that is now a legal requirement in the EU, and it is also the thing that stops it feeling like a trick. We watch what it gets asked in the first weeks and keep correcting it, because the honest version of this is that it starts useful and gets better, not that it is finished on day one.
What's Included
Trained on your information, not the internet
It answers from your pages, your prices and your policies. That is the difference between an assistant that is useful and one that invents an answer you then have to honour.
It says it is a machine
Stated up front, every time. EU rules have required this since August 2026, and beyond compliance it is what keeps the first impression honest — nobody feels tricked when they find out.
It knows what to hand over
Pricing an unusual job, anything sensitive, anyone unhappy — it stops and passes it to you with the conversation attached. The point is to catch the routine questions, not to put a machine between you and your customers.
You see what it is being asked
Every conversation is yours to read. It is the clearest picture you will get of what people actually want to know before they buy, and it usually changes what the website says.
Corrected as it goes
We review what it handled and what it got wrong, and fix it. Anyone who tells you one of these is finished at launch has not run one — it starts useful and gets better over the first couple of months.
AI Assistant across Cyprus
We work island-wide from our base in Paphos. These are the districts with a page of their own — everywhere else, just ask.
Questions
Can an AI chatbot on my website actually answer my customers’ questions?
It can answer the routine ones — your opening hours, whether you cover an area, how booking works, what your published prices are — because it is trained on your own pages and policies rather than guessing from the internet. What it will not do is put a number on an unusual job, handle anything sensitive, or try to manage someone who is already unhappy; those stop and come to you with the conversation attached. It also tells people up front that it is a machine, which EU rules have required since August 2026. We have built it but have not yet run one for a client, so the honest version is that it starts useful on the common questions and gets better over the first weeks.
How much does an AI chatbot for a website cost?
Building one starts at €1,250 for a straightforward assistant, and from €3,750 if it has to connect to your booking system or your customer records — half up front, and our prices include VAT. Separately, you open your own account with the AI provider and pay them directly: for a website assistant that is usually €20 to €80 a month depending on how many people use it, and it can be capped so it cannot run away with itself. We do not add anything on top of what the provider charges you. If you want us to keep watching and correcting it after the first weeks, a systems care plan starts at €150 a month, and you are not obliged to take one.
Can I see what customers are asking it?
Yes, and it is one of the more useful things about having one. Every conversation is logged, so you can see what people want to know before they buy, which questions the assistant handled and which ones it passed to you. Most businesses change something on their own website within a month of reading them.
What happens if the assistant gives someone the wrong answer?
It is built to stop rather than guess: pricing an unusual job, anything sensitive, or anyone who sounds unhappy is passed to you instead of answered. Every conversation is yours to read and to keep, and we go through them with you over the first weeks and correct what it got wrong. We should be straight about this one — we have built the AI assistant but have not yet run it for a client, so we treat the opening month as something to watch closely rather than switch on and leave.
