Social Media Management
Posted consistently, by someone who shot it
The problem
Social media is the job that gets done in the gaps, and the gaps close first when the business is busy. Almost every account that goes quiet goes quiet for the same reason: the content ran out. It starts well — a fortnight of posts off one good afternoon with a camera — and then the posting thins out, usually during the exact months customers are looking around and deciding where to spend. It is rarely a planning problem. The hard part is producing something worth posting, week after week, and that takes a camera, a free day and someone to write it — three things nobody has spare in a busy season.
How we work
We do both halves: making the content and putting it out. Photo and video are shot in batched days — one planned day on site with us, rather than something asked of you every week — so there is a queue of posts waiting for the weeks you are flat out. That material is then planned, written, scheduled and posted against a calendar built around how your business actually trades, and comments and messages are answered as they arrive. Once a month you get a short report saying what went out, what people responded to and what we are changing. What we need from you is account access, a few hours on a shoot day, and a message when something changes — a new menu, new opening hours, an offer you want pushed. This covers posting only. Putting money behind a post is advertising: that sits under digital marketing and is quoted separately. Plans run month to month with 30 days' notice, so stopping is easy if it is not earning its keep.
What's Included
We make the content
Photo and video shot in planned batches on site with you, so there is a queue of posts ready to go and the week's posting never depends on you finding something to send. The feed keeps running through the weeks you have no time to think about it.
A calendar that fits your year
Seasonal businesses do not trade evenly, so they should not post evenly. The plan is built around the weeks people actually book you, which puts the most content in front of them while they are still deciding where to spend.
Captions written by a person
Every caption is written for your business and for the platform it is going on, by someone who was there when it was shot. That means a post can carry the price, the opening hours or the link to book — the things that turn somebody scrolling into an enquiry.
Comments and messages answered
Someone reads the comments, the direct messages and the questions, and answers them promptly. For most local businesses this is where the enquiries actually arrive — and a question about Sunday opening answered a week late is a booking that went somewhere else.
Monthly reporting
One short note a month: what went out, what people responded to, and what we are changing next. Brief enough that you will actually read it, and specific enough to tell you whether the money is doing anything before another quarter goes by.
Posting, not paid advertising
This does not include paying a platform to push your posts to people who do not already follow you. If you want that running behind the content, it is digital marketing — the campaign and the ad budget are quoted separately, so nothing here is hiding an advertising spend.

Questions
How much does social media management cost in Cyprus?
Our social media retainers are €250, €500 and €950 a month, and every price includes VAT. What changes between them is how many accounts we run, how much content we produce and how often we shoot — roughly 8, 16 or 24 posts a month, and one batched shoot day a quarter at the smallest plan rising to two a month at the largest. That covers organic posting only: paid campaigns and ad spend are handled under digital marketing and priced separately. Plans are monthly with 30 days' notice, so you can stop if it is not doing anything for you.
Do I have to send you photos and videos to post?
No — producing the content is the part we take on, and it is what the social retainer pays for. We shoot photo and video in batched days on site with you, so there is a backlog to publish from rather than something being needed from you every week. What we do need is access to the accounts, a few hours on a shoot day, and a message when something changes: new menu, new opening hours, an offer you want pushed. If you have your own photos you would like used, we will use them, but nothing stops if you never send any.
How many followers do I need before it makes a difference?
Fewer than you would think. A local business gets enquiries from the few hundred people nearby who actually buy, not from a large number of accounts that never will — so what gets measured is saves, shares, profile visits and messages, not follower count. A page with 800 local followers that posts well out-earns one with 10,000 collected from anywhere.
