Deluxe Details — website designed and built by STRATEX

The brief

Car detailing is won and lost in local search. Somebody types "ceramic coating near me" and books from the first result that looks credible and is clearly nearby. A single page listing every service competes for nothing in particular, and a one-man operation cannot outspend the chains — it has to out-target them.

What we built

We built the site around service-and-location targeting: rather than one services page, each treatment has its own page tied explicitly to Blackburn, backed by service-area pages covering the surrounding Lancashire towns. Local business structured data ties it together, and the owner is put on the page because at this end of the market people book a person, not a brand.

The Breakdown

01

Service × location pages

Separate pages for car detailing, ceramic coating, machine polishing and deep cleaning, each targeted to Blackburn — matching how people actually search.

02

Service-area coverage

Dedicated area content extending reach across Lancashire without diluting the core Blackburn targeting.

03

Before-and-after gallery

The work shown as transformations, which is the entire proof in a trade where the result is visual.

04

Local reviews

Reviews from local drivers surfaced on the site, reinforcing both the trust case and the local signal.

05

The owner on the page

Ethan introduced personally — at this end of the market, customers are choosing a person to trust with their car.

06

Direct booking

A prominent, consistent booking route, because a detailing enquiry is a quick decision that should not need a form-filling ritual.

Disciplines

  • Web design
  • Local SEO
  • Service & pricing pages
  • Booking enquiry

Under the hood

  • Next.js on Vercel.
  • AutoWash local-business structured data — the specific schema type for the trade, not a generic LocalBusiness.
  • AdministrativeArea, City, OfferCatalog, Service, OpeningHoursSpecification and PropertyValue schema supporting the local-search strategy.
  • Service and area pages share templates, so new treatments or towns are content, not development.
